The "frying pan for days when you are not in good spirits" was created as a FemTech product for women who want to supplement iron on any day, such that they can take in more iron in their daily meals.

The number 5/31 is a product name that symbolically expresses the life cycle of women and days when they are not in good spirits.

✔️ Point 1: Pursuit of lightness!

Fujita Kinzoku, which has produced hit products such as FRYING PAN JIU, collaborated with FemTech and BEYOND, a FemTech team, to develop this new product.
After repeated prototyping, we succeeded in making the pan as thin as possible, with a thickness of 1mm on the bottom (*1) and 1mm on the sides. Although it is made of iron, it weighs only 694g. Heavy weight, which is the usual weak point of iron frying pans (*2), cannot be felt.
*1: Bottom thickness of the IH-compatible version is 1.6mm
*2: Compared with our "Takumi no Waza Iron Frying Pan 26cm" Weight approx. 1,070g

✔️ Point 2: Easy to hold! with 2 choices of handles

You can choose from two materials, beech or walnut. If used and cared for properly, iron pans can last for a very long time. And the more you use the solid material, the more it will fit in your hand and become more durable.

✔️ Point 3: Easy to clean!

Seasoning (hardening* and oil-conditioning) which is necessary for iron frying pans at the beginning of use is incorporated into the manufacturing process, and it is done by hand by craftsmen one by one. Customers can use their iron frying pans immediately from the day of purchase.
*Using Fujita Kinzoku's original technology - hard temper processing. This is a processing method that improves the inherent drawbacks of iron (eg burning and rusting).

✔️ Point 4: Can be used in a variety of cooking methods!

Lightweight and easy to clean, this iron frying pan can be used for everyday cooking easily.
It is also said that we have been supplementing iron on a daily basis with iron cookware since ancient times. With iron frying pans, which have become easier to use thanks to modern technology, we can supplement our iron intake with all kinds of cooking.

<Daily Maintenance>
1. After cooking, wash the iron pan using warm water and a scrubbing brush while it is still warm.
Dishwashing detergent is not required.
2. Dry the pan thoroughly, such as by heating it lightly on the stove.
(Residual moisture can lead to rust.)
3. Apply a light coat of cooking oil to the entire surface with a paper towel before storing.
